We’re a real family-run business, and have been ever since Hardy (Dad) first started cleaning pools 25+ years ago. From all those years of driving around in his van sorting out people’s pools, he’s seen it all. From a pool full of frogs to a horse taking a dip, and maybe even a croc or two, we’ve helped our customers out of some pretty interesting dramas!
Dad and his van are still with us and we still provide a complete service to our customers, but we’ve also expanded… in a big way.
From starting life in 1995 in a backyard garage in Central Coast’s Gosford, we had to expand to a retail shop in 2010 . But we kept finding newer and cooler products and getting more and more orders, so in 2014 we moved to our current premises – a large warehouse in the heart of the Central Coast.
We now stock over 1600 products and are Australia’s largest online seller of pool equipment and chemicals, currently taking over 30,000 orders a year. Not bad going for a guy with a van hey!
Hardy (Dad) – Hardy’s a tough bloke who’s been living and breathing pool cleaning for over 2 decades. What he doesn’t know about pools isn’t worth knowing! Hardy’s also a keen sports fan and will talk football with you ‘til the cows come home, so if you want a job doing quickly then best not to mention last night’s match!
Tom (Son) – Following in his father’s footsteps, Tom’s been working on pools since he was a kid. When he isn’t helping dad, Tom likes keeping fit and hanging out with his mates. After all, the best way to enjoy a pool is drinking a beer with your pals!
Nat (Daughter) – The looks and the brains of the operation! Natalie runs the company with military precision and is your go-to girl for any questions or queries. When she’s not working Nat enjoys surfing, hanging out at the beach, and adventuring with her dog, Koda.
Koda (Dog) – Koda is the one weak link of the team. He can’t clean a pool, has no idea about filtration systems, and he’s a lazy bugger to boot. But he’s pretty good at cuddles and hoovering up crumbs so we give him a pass. Customers seem to like him too!

If the order isn’t what you thought it was going to be then we offer a no-drama 60 day return policy for all domestic orders. Just send it back and refund, no questions asked.
All of our products come with a minimum 12 month warranty. If something goes wrong we’ll offer to fix or replace the part free of charge.
